Captcha never shows up

Hello,

I had theme for a month or so now, never was there a captcha on registration page

I added plugin “User Registration Email” to make people activate accounts – but it often goes to spam ;(

So, how do we set the captcha up? I see it mentioned in other topics, but no real answers. It had never showed up on my registration page.

Is there a captcha plugin I need installed?
