Paypal curl_error: 35

    I have received a error message. when I have used paypal “SANDBOX” to test the “Fund the project”.

    “curl_error: 35
    error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure”

    Please advise how to fix.
