Theme Stretching entire width.

Good Morning,

I just purchased and installed your theme, loving it so far by the way. However I am having an issue where the entire theme is stretching the entire width of the page. In you demo website the theme stops at both sides and is centered on the page. Mine is not like that.

I also read that the isotope gallery and parallax slider are included however I can’t install them via the Install Plugins section on my site. When I click Install I get a error 403 from my webhost (Host-Gator) that says forbidden. Is there another way to install these plugins?
