Add Restricted Sections and user approval

As I saw that theme has its own registration page (its not created by the same way as others), I came with a doubt that can be other’s doubt too.

How can I create, as the title says, a restricted section for approved member?

As I’m creating a private Clan site, like a membership site, I must lock some content from public access like my donation shop (exclusive for members) and the forum; and even from other members, like admin forum.

So, I wanna be able to approve a member resgister and then let him to access the restricted pages.

Looking for some solution, I thought interesting the following plugins, but before I install it and mess the whole thing up, as my site is ready, I would like of some advise from devs about the recommended plugin and mainly, if its gonna work
