Can't access downloads page

I wanted to download the last update on Arcane but when I try to login it gives me incorrect username or password.
I thought “alright, I’ll just reset the password” but when I try to do it, it says the username doesn’t exist.
And yeah, I tried with my username and email so I don’t know what’s going on…
