Changing color of background and formatting page logo

Greetings,

Me and my developer have been having a difficult time trying to figure out how and where to change the background color of this theme. We’ve made consolations with a few other issues which I’ll reserve for when I speak to support, but these two issues have been troublesome. I look forward to the assistance!
