Couldn’t get Application ID in Paypal

Hello Skywarrior Themes,

I can not get Application ID from Paypal. The App form shown in the following PDF(https://support.skywarriorthemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/PayPal-submission.pdf), I could not see something like that in Paypal. Paypal only allows to create Application for REST API which doesn’t provide Application ID. It gives Client ID and Secret key. When asked to paypal support they provided Merchant ID and said they can not do anything with the term Application ID. Can you please help me to get the Application ID? Without it when clicked on checkout site redirecting to paypal home page instead of paypal checkout.
