Ladder

Hello, I was planning on buying the new Arcane theme Was wondering if the Arcane theme or tournament plug-in can support the following things:

– we want a ladder like https://web.archive.org/web/20050208095732/http://www.clanbase.com/rating.php?lid=258
– its a continuous going on ladder
– clans can join/leave the ladder
– clans need to be able to schedule/re-schedule wars
– enter scores and other team needs to accept the entered score
– right mathematical point system behind the scores/ladder
– being able to write a war-report linked to the played war, with perhaps adding pictures etc
