No registration for members?

I believe I made a mistake in purchasing this theme, it’s exactly what I need, albeit there is no registration feature or member pages, it’s essentially just an esports magazine rather than an esports gaming theme. Esports websites are extremely reliant on sign ups and member counts. Would this require custom work to get registration and member/team pages integrated into this theme?
