"Not Verified Purchase Code"

Hi

I succesfully purchased the Respawn theme, which is a fantastic theme and thank you very much. I managed to install all plugins, but I have a problem with activating ThePlus addon. I keep inserting my envato purchase code that i find in the license, together with my email, and it says Not Verified Purchase Code. I contacted their support which seems to be avoiding my problem and suggests to purchase the license for the addon independently. This is not very nice! So I am returning to you guys maybe you can help me out since ultimately, I bought the service from you.
