Theme support is offered to verified customers by forum only. Support requests and solutions made by email, Skype, Envato or any other method will be redirected back to the forum.
I’m a very big fan of your themes and the accompanying support.
However, in some situation it is obligatory to have the support react fast to questions and offer quick solutions.
Now I know you’re doing your best and thanks to Raaa and Zorz I had very positive experience with the Support. But there must be a way to get faster actions specially when it regards to installation issues or bugs.
You do have a customization service but it doesn’t really cover what I need to be done.
And paying 60$/h for a custom solution when it’s apparently not my fault (when I am wrong please apologize – but I really tried everything) it’s much you’re asking.
At the moment I’m struggling to activate the Demo for Blackfyre on my website. I tried everything except for completely reinstalling WP (this would be my desperate move even though I don’t think that the problem will be fixed).
Please consider a one-time-payment for quicker support or a small amount monthly to be charged.
PS: please don’t be offended, as I said I’m sure you’re are doing your best – it’s a genuine suggestion.
