Site is so slow

Hi can you help me with something, site speed… this is just painful to open.
Site is not even done and loading speed is kiling us.

How can we speed it up
we use WP smush pro and hummingbird pro for images and speed but it’s doing nothing at all do you have something to recommend. We have hosting at InMotion hosting PowerPlan so do we need change to better plan or ?

Also we setted up SSL and all good changed stuff like it’s described on other thread but every time we get mixed content, when we change this /wp-content/themes/arcane/addons/wp-owl-carousel/owl-carousel/owl.carousel.css, in line 132 and change their URL to your own . it brakes site it can’t load at all

Any advice?
