Text Responsiveness

Hey Guys, see the image below, but the text on some of the main page sections do not seem to be responsive to mobile. Any helps is suggested.

Also, is there a way to make the images in the sections when entered as a text block more responsive to resize for mobile? I’m just replacing images with the same dimensions as the theme.

Using this as template for bg images in the row
