the plus addon

Hello

I bought your theme a few hours ago and am in the process of installing. I have a notification in WP asking me to activate The Plus Addon. From the installation documentation it states it’s included. When I try activiting through ThePlus Settings it throws up a “not verified” error. I am following the verification url, have watched the video, as well as the video on Envato on how to activate using the Item Purchase code but it does not seem to work. I’ve included an image showing the error. I don’t believe it’s a problem with the purchase code as I needed that to log in here.

Any help on this would be very much appreciated.
