Unable to Submit Scores

Hello, I attempted a test match and could not flag or edit or submit scores for the match, the buttons don’t work, but the url box changes to: #myModalLSubmit at the end of the url but nothing happens.

Is this because I edited the match start time to an earlier time today? (to speed up the process) and it’s too late to speed up the process?

Which brings me to my 2nd question:

2. While submitting a match challenge form, there is no way for a user to choose PM or AM in the time fields. (at least in my website) It only shows the boxes for hour and minutes.

Also,
How do I edit/change/replace the required fields in the submit challenge form for all users?
My website is only for one game on one map, so I don’t need the maps option or an external url field.
