500 – Internal server error (Help)

Thank you for stoping by and taking the time to read this. 

I have been reading the forums but i haven’t seen this question answered if even posted. So forgive me if i didn’t see it. 

Ok so heres my issue. 

I have uploaded the oblivion theme and everything seems to work right as rain, But when i try to theme options via WordPress admin page. i get a 500 error.  

This is what i get: 

500 – Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Now, my question is did i do something wrong? in terms of uploading the theme or is there something else that i am missing.
