Author info + Stars

Hi, I have 2 questions

1) At the top of every post. It states “Author” “Category” “Comments” “date”
Is the a way to remove that ? I attached a image

2) When I set stars in posts. I like stars from the blog section selection.
BUT I would like not to have stars at the top of every post.
It is possible to remove it? I set red and green at the image I attached
