fundings for Europe – Decimal Point

Hi,
in Germany, the amounts are written in 20,000.50 euros. Thus the thousands of digits are separated with a period and the decimal places with a comma. In the theme it is currently the other way around. Can I change it? If nothing is set up for a change, then my question is, in which file can I change this.
That applies:
1. for the input of the fundings
2. for the target
3. for the indication in the rewards (pledge),
so that it is adopted in the template for the Funder and in the project.
