    How can this error be fixed?

    I keep getting: /?hauth.start=Facebook&hauth.time=1398479444

    How can I fix this?

    I have already created a php.ini file and added allow_url_fopen = on
    apc.enabled=0
    
session.save_path = "/tmp"
    but that didn't change anything so I have now deleted it.
