How to change the footer colour?

Hi there

I am in the process of changing a lot of the colours etc on my Oblivion template.

The only one I cannot figure out is the footer at the bottom, where is the colour change or even colour code for that particular section.

Go to http://www.markedfordeath.co.uk (dont worry nothing dodgy, its a guild website) – scroll to the bottom – you will see where I mean.
