How to create/add tournament matches?

Hi,

I can’t seem to figure out how to add or create matches for a tournament. I can create normal matches but I can’t find (have searched the forums quite a bit) how to assign those matches to tournaments. Side-question: Will the results be displayed in the tournament page once I add matches and add results for those matches?
