Insert checkbox for Privacy Policy when the funder pays

Hi, I’d like to set up two check boxes. One that the customer accepts the privacy policy and a second that he agrees with the terms and conditions of my website. I would like to add these two checkboxes on the Checkout page for the Funder. Under “Please select your funding method”.
Which file do I choose and which file do I need to change to have this information appear in the CSV of Collect Fundings?
