Match reporting doesnt function

Ok so we reported issues with match reporting relating to the map images and also duplicate matches being created on the backend

after the most recent patch you fixed the map images section and the error message no longer pops up saying some one else submitted scores when you submit them but it is still creating multiple matches in the back end

to the point that on the bracket it actually ended up submitting the score 2 times and showing doubled up scores on the bracket

it created a total of 5 match 2s in the back end when the teams playing in match 2 tried to submit the scores

i can re-create this on our website over and over we have not edited any of the theme settings via code or any thing like that so we are using a bare bones version of your theme currently

i have submitted a mountain of screenshots over to jebz but here is one of the matches created in the backend

for testing purposes for you to access our website you will need to go into your system 32 files and edit your hosts file to point the domain to the vps IP address as the website isnt on a live domain atm as we are still working on the development of it
