Need to raise refund and upgrade to Arcane

I navigated to your theme from envanto and end up buying BlackFyre 4 days back, however I found Arcane to be more suitable fit for my project. I am looking forward to your response for knowing the refund process. I am an old Envanto customer, let me know if i need to get in touch with their support team.
