Oblivion – 2 Questions. Breadcrumbs and News block

I have 2 quick queries. I’ve been using your theme to much success so far. However, I’ve been having an issue with your news block on the page builder. It says ‘exclude categories here’ so I typed in the categories I wanted excluding and nothing changed, it was still including those categories. It would be great if I could get this to work correctly as this would be an extremely useful feature on my website.

Regarding the breadcrumb, at the moment it says ‘blog’. I would like this to say ‘news’ or ‘updates’ is there a way to change this? I looked in the php files but can’t find an obvious way of changing this so a quick point in the right direction would be lovely!
