One Click Install – "Import" Button is greyed out

    Hi, I can’t use the one click install because the import button is greyed out.

    using a fresh install of wordpress 3.9.1.

    I also don’t seem to have “Backgrounds” in the Theme Options > Customize tab.

    Quite disappointed at the moment. Any suggestions?
