post thumbnail and project image issues

hello,
1- in “my account page” the projects that have images – thumbnails – do not appear even though they appear on the all projects page.
2- the projects that have images do not appear on the project page at all.

so in other words, any project that has an image, the image appears broken on “my account page” and it redirects to “my account page”!! and it does not appear at all in the “project page” of that project.
