Problem Changing Social Media Links

First off, let me give you gives a massive THANK YOU for such an awesome package! Very satisfied customer and I’ll definitely be buying a few more!
Now for my question, I can’t seem to find where the hell to change the social media links in the top and footer menus? I’ve included a pic of where I’m talking about.
