Style problem on donation page and email problems

Hello,

I have manage to set up the WP STMP plugin and send test email working but I have two problems.

1. New registered users are not getting welcoming email.

2. Reset Password does not work just say please wait.

3. How and where do I edit email send to new registered user.

4. On donation page on the right sidebar there is this information under title Important. How do I edit this text or remove it and page style for menu looks really strange can you help. Here is the link to see all the issues on this page.

5. When I click on reward it doesnot add amount to the field automatically please can you check .
