Translating / Using plugins for translation & Infinite scrolling

    Hi, 
    First of all: Great theme, I love it!
    Second: I’m having issues translating it.
    I’d like to use the .POT file, but you didn’t include one and I can’t figure out how to generate one (A theme MUST feature this one, especially if it uses sentences/word phrases that are NOT used in the “stock” wordpress). I also can’t use the CodeStyle Localisation Pluging.
    Any advice?
    Third: The theme doesn’t support infinite scrolling? Is it possible to remove the footer & replace it by infinite scrolling in the next update? (As an option)
