I want to customize your theme, but if I upload a .php file through FTP, the theme breaks and I get a message similar to the one below. Sometimes it doesn’t break, sometimes it does. I bought the theme just four days ago, so I guess I have the latest version. The only way I can get out if it now, is deleting the theme files and
installing them from the dashboard, which removes the tweaks I’ve
already managed to make, and I have to do everything all over again…

How do I prevent this from happening, and how do I fix this?

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CLASS in /REMOVED/wp-content/themes/hikari/heart/love/heart-love.php on line 1
