Visual composer doesn't always load.

I have an issue where post grid doesn’t always load the tags. Setting headers with custom heading works every time but when the guide needs to pull posts based on tags it doesn’t want to work every time.

With that issue also comes the navbar not working correctly all the time. I believe that both issues are linked. When you first load the webpage it works fine but as soon as you go somewhere on the site the second/third level menus don’t work and the guides don’t always load.

I have deactivated all plugins that aren’t required by the theme with no fix. Reloading the page works to fix the issue but I can’t have people coming to the site reloading every time they need the site to work correctly
