Add recaptcha on Oblivion Contact Form Page

    Hi,

    I’ve a massive spam attack from contact form, and ReCaptcha doesn’t provide a contact form
    (see attached file)

    how can I add it manuely in the .php oblivion contact form ?
    (and where is it ?)
