Comment or Update Submit Button

Hi Zorz, if a project is active and the user wants to make a comment or an update to his project, he currently receives a .php file via the submit button. What should he do with it? I think the change should appear online in the project or appear in his project after approval by the administrator. Therefore he should have a different link to submit button than he currently has. I ask for support.
