Font Awesome icon plugin issue

Since the last update, most of icons are not working on the nav menu.

I tried to pinpoint the error by checking the following:
icon_addon.php looks ok
main.css looks ok
bootstrap.css looks ok
header.php looks ok
font-awesome.css looks ok
font-awesome.min looks ok

I could use some help.
