How can I obtain the PayPal Application ID? (Urgent)

Hi,

I have used the sandbox account to test the payment system with regards to the video tutorial, and it works fine for my platform.

However, i would like make the website go live and obtain the Application ID. However, when I try to click ‘Manage NVP/SOAP API apps’ in the PayPal dashboard, it shows that:

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
Error messagePDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2003] Can’t connect to MySQL server on
‘127.0.0.1’ (111) in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /var/www/includes/lock.inc).

I am not sure how to solve it, can anyone give me a help?

And when I search for more info online, it seems the Adaptive Payments platform has been officially deprecated, and they are no longer providing Live App IDs necessary to launch a live solution using the Adaptive Payments APIs. If that’s the case, how can I integrate my PayPal account into the platform?
