Problem with sending activation mail

Hello Goodnight. I have a problem, new users who register, do not receive any activation email when they finish their registration. I have reviewed the configuration of the Easy WP SMTP plugin and it works without problems. I sent a test email through the pluging and send it without problems. but activation emails do not send them. I do not know what is happening. I have to be activating users manually one by one. please help me
