LayerSlider And Site Registration

This is a two part support request, I plan on purchasing multiple licenses for fundingpress as long as I can get this to work and I need this to work on all websites without having to contact you guys each time.

Part one – Because of my hosting provider *HostGator* I am not allowed to download the layerslider plugin from your website *404 Error* which is problematic for both updates to that plugin when fundingpress gets updates and when installing fundingpress on other websites. Also I would like to start with the demo slide for fundingpress and I am not sure once I get layerslider installed where to import the demo slider from.

Part two – since it seems the registration and login are pop-ups I was wondering if there is a way to create static login or registration pages that can be used without having to do any serious editing?
