Can someone help me with TeamWars section?

I like this feature, but I can seem to get it the way I want.
Right now I’m using the Teams page, for games. As we like that we can see what members play what game. You can see what I did here. http://Www.ReloadRetake.com/teams-page/

But as we started using tournaments, we can only use teams and users to join the tournament.

I’m requesting help, on how I’m supposed to use the TeamsWars section, while still having a page like the Teams page.

Ultimately I’d like to have created teams that I can assign to registered users [gamer role] by admin.
And secondly to have the games have a page like the Teams page has.
