Submit Project – Non Registered

Hi there,

I’d like to allow users two things which are not functioning on my site right now:

1. To be directed to log in or register when going to submit a project
Currently, when a visitor not logged in tries to go to ‘Submit project’ they are redirected to the home page.

2. To be able to submit a project without logging in or registering
At the very least I’d like to be able to allow users to set up a campaign and then be asked to register details.

Do you have a fix for the first query, and is the second query possible?
