Changing theme from Arcane to GA

Hi, now I am using the Arcane theme but to be honest I don’t need those features that’s why I decided to jump to GameAddcict. Could you tell me the easiest way to change your theme from one to another? Obviously I cannot use demo import since I do have already my own content and I don’t wanna lose it.
