How create the "create team" page?

Deleted the starting ‘admin’ user by mistake and now the “create Team” link with Arcane theme doesn’t load a page. Clicking it while logged in as administrator user brings me to page in Visual Composure with the basic team page stuff preloaded. I only have “Team Page” under templates.

Luckily the “Create Tournament” link still works.
