wepay issue

There is an issue when trying to fund the project on the front end of the website. After the user chooses the amount they want to fund, chooses the perk, enters name, and email, and then clicks commit to funding using WEPAY, it then brings them to the next page which is still on the wordpress site, and it says (Please wait while we process your transaction..)
