Paypal App Fatal Error

Thank you for your support so far.
This sure is taking a long time to get everything set up and working properly. I had no idea it would be so complicated.
I have had my Paypal App approved which is very exciting. And have changed all the funding details accordingly. However when i i go to ‘commit to funding’ on a project, a message comes up ‘Please wait while we process your transaction..’ and nothing happens.
At the bottom of the page a message appears:
