User Profiles

Alright, I have a bit of a big question

Is there a way I can create a nav bar link that will take the user that is currently signed in to his own profile. I know this would have to adjust to whoever is logged in, but I did want to offer this option, if possible. If not that, then is there a way to add a “View profile” link to the login box in the upper bar where users can log in to the forum?
