Parts of Theme Options Page Missing

Hello support,

I have a problem with the Oblivion theme that I hope you can help me fix. Basically no theme options load up on the Theme Options page of the dashboard, it’s just a blank space. Everything else seems to be working other than that, the theme is on the site, plugins are all there. I just can’t see the options that are on the right window when clicking through the theme options buttons. I have included a screenshot that I have attached to this post.
