Blog not loading

I am not techy at all, which is why I purchased Creatica so I could just change some settings to have a website that I want. However, I created a post for a blog and when I click on it all that comes up is a loading page and it never loads. I have no idea how to fix this issue. Especially a fix that doesn’t require me to know any code or anything. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
