One-Click Setup Not Working

Good Afternoon,

I have just completed several attempts to get the theme installed on my site. I have created a fresh install of WP 4.9.4 and then installed the theme via FTP, I have changed the permalink naming as per documentation, however when I click one-step install it confirms this has completed instantly but the site is empty and nothing like the live preview on themeforest. What am I doing wrong? I have done the install multiple times in the root of the webserver, sub-dir and also using version 4.7.9 of WordPress. I just can’t seem to get it to work and I feel like I am missing something obvious.
