Contact – Checkbox before sending

    Hello,
    today the new DVGVO-Privacy-police is available and i need some help for a correct Contact-site.

    Before user can send a message to me they must accept a checkbox “Privacy-police read and accepted” above the “Send”-Button.

    How can i implement this checkbox?
    Or can you update your contact-Template with the necessary function codes?
