Registration not working

Hi,

I am having issue with registering new accounts and login in with my old ones.
When a new member tries to register, it refreshes the register page and it doesn’t create the account.
When I try to sign in with my old account, it is saying that I need to confirm my email, but I never received an email. Also it is giving some of my members 404 error when they try to sign in.

I spoke to tech support on WordPress and they are saying that it is not an issue on their end.
